EDUCATIONAL PROJECT
The Planalto Educational Project is projected in three main areas:
PERSONALIZED EDUCATION
Where the preceptor or tutor is the key figure. Each student at Planalto has a tutor, that is, a teacher who, through interviews, outings, study visits or daily contact, establishes academic and personal training goals for the student, according to their ages, in a regular dialogue with family and other teachers.
DIFFERENTIATED EDUCATION
Education differentiated by sex addresses differences in the rates of development of boys and girls. The Planalto, after pre-school, is intended for boys. The separation between boys and girls allows for specific educational approaches that demonstrate a better academic performance, the harmonious development of personality and the socialization process itself.
INTEGRAL EDUCATION
Integral education is articulated with the Student Training Program, based on character formation, with specific points that each member of the College seeks to exercise and promote during a certain period. All teachers try to include these axes in their educational action (in class and in their personal relationship with each student) in order to foster an environment of desire for improvement.
This Educational Project is based on a Christian vision of the person, as a unique and unrepeatable being, which means that each one is treated individually.
